How are returns and exchanges?
All products purchased from the on-line ECOALF may be returned within 10 days from receipt of shipment. If the size is inadequate or simply the product does not convince you, I changed or if you prefer, we will refund your money.
To proceed to a refund, you must contact us and we'll send the return slip must be attached to the item (s) to return or exchange.
You can request your refund via e-mail or via our contact form. To return the products do not forget to introduce them into the original plastic, with cartons, labels and accessories with which you delivered. The mixture of labels and packaged products will make a late return. Returns with non-plastic, accessories or labels are not acceptable.
The costs of returning are paid by the customer. Shipping costs generated by the new shipping (for a change) yes borne by ECOALF.

ECOALF only responsible for return shipping costs on those erroneous or defective products.
How to get the discount of 20% in the first order?
To use the discount you must use the coupon code "WELLCOME" in the shopping cart before making payment for the order.
The discount applies to total order, without shipping.
